Municipal/Traffic Offenses
New Jersey Disorder Persons Offenses
Disorderly Persons Offenses are typically non-violent crimes that are handled at the municipal level. Technically, they are what are known as misdemeanors and are handled at the township level. DWI charges and other traffic offenses, such as speeding, careless driving, reckless driving, and driving while suspended are handled in the local municipal court. At the Law Offices of Ravi Shah, LLC., we have over a decade of experience fighting in the municipal court.
